| *Message was: I exchanged a couple of correpondences with the seller in question, Artisanrugs. Aside from the issue of the incorrect knot count, the seller addressed all my questions in a satisfying manner. | He offered to take the rug back and provide a refund INCLUDING my shipping charge back to him. To address the issue of the incorrect knot count, he offered me a sizable rebate if I chose to keep the rug. He also offered me some discounts on future merchandise to keep me as a satisfied customer (and to personally inspect and ensure the correct descriptions of the merchandise). In the course of all this, he responded to ALL of my e-mails promptly and patiently, always apologizing for the mistake and always trying in some way to restore customer satisfaction. At this point, I am more than satisfied. I kept the rug and bought yet another (a Khal Mohammadi) from him. He certainly earned a long-term customer with this gentlemanly discourse. *Follow Ups: |
